Youth Ministries Volunteer Opportunities

First Church Youth Ministry would never survive if it weren't for the dedicated team of volunteers. From leading Sunday evening youth fellowship to being a part of mission trips; from leading Bible studies and Sunday school to helping with special outings, Youth Ministry volunteers are a vital link in the spiritual growth of the youth of First Church and offer a variety of backgrounds and experiences. The adults have as much fun as the youth!

We have a great team of adults who volunteer much time and effort to help fulfill the mission of youth ministries at First Church to create life-long disciples of Jesus Christ and facilitate discipleship opportunities. The team is made up of a wide variety of individuals including college students, parents and other caring adults. Our common bonds are a love for Christ Jesus and a love for teenagers.

The Youth Ministry Support Council

The Youth Ministry Support Council is a group of parents and other adults who help the Director of Youth Ministries carry out the youth ministry. They do this by giving input, taking on responsibilities, and by being a link between Drew and the parents not on this team. They are also a base of support for the Director of Youth Ministries and other adult leaders in this ministry. This team meets as needed throughout the year. Please prayerfully consider your involvement with this team, and let Drew know of your interest by email or by calling the church office.
